#BahrainBloggers were invited for a private tasting of Cafe Lilou new Friday menu “Le Grand Petit-Dejeuner”
The new brunch menu will be available only on Fridays and will be served all day starting from Feb 15th
Everything was simply delicious and a must try it is really worth every calorie. Here are the menu items in details
Poached egg with grilled tomato and halloumi in mini hash croissant drizzled with dried zereshk. Perfect breakfast will make any weekend perfect
Menemen a scrambled egg cooked with tomato, onion, ground pepper and mint with potato mufarrakeh
Mozzarella and cherry tomato bruchetta drizzled with minted basil oil, wild roquette salad and crushed pine nuts
Soup Bocage. Melting leek, chicken and asparagus soup
Wild roquette with green apple, almond, balsamic vine grate parmesan and brasaula. PERFECTION salad
Sumac chicken with oriental spices cucumber pickle tahina sauce in traditional pita roll
Tender shredded beef marinated with authentic style, grilled onions and parsley tahini in pita roll
Penne arribiatta in smoky aubergine parcel, basil, pine nuts and parmesan cheese
Panfried salmon tikka with avocado, heart of palm, reddish and ginger salsa drizzled with cucumber, yogurt and coriander oil served with Turkish bread
Aubergine with couscous, yogurt and wild roquette
Gratinated crab theramidor with braised bokochoy, dry grenadine and lemon mashed potato. Words can not describe how delicious this dish is
Theramidor King prawns (off the menu). So delicious !
French toast with nutella and kaymar thick cream drizzled with warm honey. Comfort food at its best!
Rosewater waffle topped with fluffy cream strawberry and honey syrup. Eye and tummy candy
